Valerio Locatelli
Chartered Accountant, Legal Auditor and member of the Board of statutory auditors. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Milan.
Degree in Business Administration at the “Università degli Studi di Pavia”.
He is mainly involved in corporate and tax consultancy, including specialized advisory concercing extraordinary operations, international taxation and transmission of family assets.
He gained significant experience in matters of contractual, fiscal and managerial issues with regard to businesses operating in different economic areas, such as industry, real estate, no profit and the Green Economy. He carried out important tax litigations in matters of direct taxes and VAT, gaining considerable expertise in that area.
In the Studio, he is responsible for the area dedicated to corporate and no profit entities. He also coordinates a team of Chartered Accountants that provides advisory services and professional opinions on contractual, fiscal and corporate matters. Moreover, he is the head of the Research Department that was created within the Firm in order to support the different professional activities implemented.
Elena Sani
Chartered Accountant, Legal Auditor and Technical Expert for disputes in Court; she is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Milan.
Post Graduate Specialization in Accounting, Financial management and Control at the “Università degli Studi di Pavia”.
She is mainly involved in advisory services related to business, accounting and fiscal matters; she has also specific expertise in social security issues. In the Studio, she coordinates a team that provides assistance to partnerships, individual businesses, professionals and private individuals. She provides valuable support for the corporate team as well.
She has gained significant experience in direct and indirect taxation, tax returns and other tax fulfilments. She has also noticeable expertise in inheritance law, including related fiscal aspects and inheritance tax bills.
Silvia Ravani
Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor, she is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Milan.
She graduated with honours in business administration at “Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi” in Milan.
She is mainly involved in corporate and tax consultancy; she has gained significant experience in business administration and real estate management, including court-related professional services.
Renato Ravani
Expert in tax law. He graduated in business administration at the “Università degli Studi di Pavia”; he also got a Post Graduate Specialization in Business Consultancy at “Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi” in Milan.
His professional activities consist mainly in opinions on tax and corporate matters; thanks to his long career, he has gained specialized knowledge on business and managerial issues.
Domenico Tedesco
Accountant and Legal Auditor, he is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Milan. He was also a member of the Regional Tax Court of Lombardy.
He is mainly involved in activities concerning corporate consultancy, with particular reference to tax litigation, fiscal, contractual and accounting matters. Thanks to his long and remarkable career, that involved both national and international clients, he has gained significance experience in these areas.
He acted as external auditor for international companies that voluntarily had their financial statement audited. He also acted as Technical Expert for disputes in Court in order to perform business valuations of Italian companies.
He is member of boards of statutory auditors; he is also President of some of the boards he is part of. He has gained significant experience in the administrative matters with particular reference to non-profit organizations.
Paola Pedretta
