Our integrated approach enables us to develop tailored solutions, covering areas such as transfer pricing, group taxation, and VAT and customs compliance.
The team also supports the integration of ESG criteria into governance models and reporting frameworks, adopting a multidisciplinary perspective focused on generating sustainable and shared value.
Legal & Litigation
The department provides legal assistance and representation in corporate, tax, and labor-related litigation, supporting Clients with an approach grounded in technical rigor, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of regulatory dynamics.
Our services range from the drafting of legal documents and providing support throughout all phases of litigation, to negotiating and preparing contracts across all business-relevant areas.
The team also prepares highly technical and specialized legal opinions to support complex transactions or as a preventive measure against potential disputes.
Strategic M&A and Business Transactions
The department specializes in the management of extraordinary transactions, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and corporate transformations.

The team has strong expertise in business valuations and corporate group structuring, which are activities that are often preparatory to the planning and execution of M&A deals.

A dedicated team supports Clients throughout every phase of the process: from due diligence to legal and tax structuring to deal closing, ensuring business continuity and value creation.

Beyond technical support, the department offers strategic advisory services to guide growth strategies – including inorganic growth – assess capital opening opportunities, and identify potential investors, with the goal of generating synergies in scale, scope, and know-how.
Private Clients & Wealth Planning
The department provides integrated advisory services to entrepreneurial families, investors, and individuals – both residents and non-residents of Italy – through tailored solutions for wealth planning, generational transition, asset protection, and tax optimization.

Our services includes assistance in structuring and transferring wealth through instruments such as trusts, family agreements, gifts, and estate planning, as well as in managing reporting obligations, inheritance taxation, and tax compliance.

The department’s approach in a global context combines solid regulatory expertise with constant attention to the evolving dynamics of family structures and wealth management.
Nonprofit, ETS & Sport
The department provides specialized and multidisciplinary assistance to Third Sector entities, as well as sports associations and companies, supporting Clients throughout all stages of the entity’s lifecycle: from incorporation and bylaw drafting – fully compliant with current regulations – to both ordinary and extraordinary management.
This includes registration with RUNTS, preparation of social reports, and access to preferential tax regimes.
For sports associations and companies, which do not always fall under the scope of ETS, the team offers dedicated advisory services, which are attentive to specific features and interactions with the Third Sector Code.
A high level of specialization allows the department to deliver timely responses and tailored solutions within a complex and constantly evolving regulatory landscape.
Payroll & HR Management
The department handles both administrative and strategic aspects of personnel management, supporting companies throughout every stage of the employment relationship.

Activities include payroll processing, management of social security and welfare contributions, employment law advisory, as well as assistance in union matters and interactions with labor inspection authorities.

Our approach is aligned with regulatory and organizational developments, with a focus on human capital enhancement and business process optimization.
Tax & Legal Research Hub
The department was established as a cross-functional, interdisciplinary working group dedicated to the analysis and in-depth study of the most current and operationally relevant tax, legal, and corporate issues.

Through continuous research, comparison and systematization of legislation and doctrine, the team contributes to the development of internal technical thinking, supports the quality of the Firm's consulting activities and promotes the sharing of know-how.

In addition, the department takes care of the production of articles, publications and editorial contributions.
